• We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

We may share your personal information where relevant with any member of our group being an authorised state assay office or official observer.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
All information that you provide to us is stored on secure servers (electronic data) or in secure filing systems (manual records).
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You may access in accordance with applicable law information held about you . Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a reasonable fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
