7. Typical mark formation:
A legal hallmark in the Serbia comprises three marks:
(i) A supplier’s mark – compulsory
(ii) A fineness mark – compulsory
(iii) An assay office mark – voluntary, for goods below the limit is compulsory

8. Sponsor mark details:
The supplier’s/manufacturer’s mark is made in the form of a stamp consisting of two letters in Cyrillic or Latin, placed into one of the 56 prescribed shapes. Used by domestic producers.
The supplier’s/importer’s or manufacturer’s agent’s mark is made in the form of a stamp consisting of one numeral and one letter in Cyrillic or Latin, placed into one of the 56 prescribed shapes.
